Students may choose to enroll in the Special Education: Generalist Dual Degree Track which yields 9 graduate credits towards CCU’s Master of Education in Special Education program in the College of Adult and Graduate Studies. Completing graduate credits in this program benefits students by engaging them in advanced studies, and saving time in completion of a graduate degree. The Special Education: Generalist Licensure Dual Degree Track requires completion of 120 credit hours: General Education (27 credit hours), Liberal Arts for Education Major Core (37 credit hours), K-12 Special Education Major Core (51 credit hours), and General Electives (5 credit hours).
